By using the Site, you acknowledge having read and accepted these conditions. These can be modified at any time and without notice by The Company. The Company can in no way be held responsible for the misuse of its services.
§1-1 / FIELD OF APPLICATION – INTRODUCTION
The conditions of sale below govern the contractual relationship between NEXDNA SAS, which owns the GoodTimes AR platform, 48 rue du Poteau, 75018 Paris, France, and the customer / User of our platform.
GoodTimes AR provides its services and deliveries solely on the basis of these general conditions of sale.
GoodTimes AR may occasionally modify some of the provisions of its general conditions, so it is necessary that they be reread before each visit to the site https://goodtimesar.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") which may be consulted both through a web browser and/or our iOS and Android mobile applications.
We consider that by validating your order, you have read and unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale. By accessing the site, you agree to comply with the General Conditions of Sale as well as the Conditions of Use contained therein.

To place your order, our website: https://goodtimesar.com is available 24/7. Simply navigate to the service or product you want to purchase and follow the instructions that will guide you through the various processes and transactions.
§1-3 / SERVICES & PRODUCTS INFORMATION
GoodTimes AR strives to put online all information relating to the processes and characteristics of our services and products thanks to the descriptions and information always available during your interaction with our Site and related mobile applications.
§1-4 / COPYRIGHTS
By uploading your content to our platform, you declare that you are the owner of the copyrights. You also assure GoodTimes AR that no third party rights oppose your use of the images or videos you upload on our platform.
GoodTimes AR does not grant itself the right to use the images uploaded on our platform and is not authorised to use and/or sell them as products without prior permission from the customer.
All information, content, files and programs offered by our services are protected by national and international laws concerning intellectual property and copyright.
GoodTimes AR can in no way be held responsible for the violation by a User of rights held by third parties and perpetrated as a result of the latter's activities on the Site.
The trademarks, logos and any other distinctive sign appearing on the Site are the property of GoodTimes AR or its business partners, and may not be used in any way and in any form whatsoever without the prior written authorisation of GoodTimes AR. In particular, the name "GoodTimes AR" like any other distinctive sign containing the "GoodTimes AR" brand, cannot be used as a domain name or even part of it, for third-party sites, without the prior written authorisation by GoodTimes AR.
We respect the intellectual property rights of everyone. It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.
If You are a copyright owner, or authorised on behalf of one, and You believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, You must submit Your notice in writing to our attention via the support feature of your account or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include in Your notice a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing Your copyright.
§1-5 / PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The information that you communicate to us is essential for the processing and delivery of your orders, invoices and subscriptions, their absence therefore leads to the cancellation of your order or subscription.
GoodTimes AR is authorised to collect, process and use your information data. You have a permanent right to access and rectify all data concerning you, in accordance with European texts and national laws in force (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978).
GoodTimes AR has been the subject of a CNIL declaration in accordance with the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, under the following receipt number: 2225385.
By registering on the Site, you are required to provide us with sincere and true information about yourself. The communication of false information is contrary to these general sales conditions as well as to the conditions of use of our Site.
You can at any time make a request to GoodTimes AR to find out what information we have about you. You can at any time and without request modify your data with the exception of your delivery address during the delivery phase of an order in progress. You can contact us, if necessary, to find out if your order has already left, via the support section of your account, so we can cancel shipping if possible.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of Your account.
You may not use as a Username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorisation, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
If you accepted it when you identified yourself on the Site, promotional emails (electronic mail) offering you new products, promotional offers, exclusives, bargains, etc. will be sent to you. You can ask to no longer receive e-mails from us at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose and inserted at the bottom of the page of each of the e-mails that we will send you.
GoodTimes AR is the sole holder of information about you, however, If you accepted our general terms and conditions of sale when you first identified on the Site, you also accept that GoodTimes AR and its partners, under the NEXDNA umbrella of platforms, send you information within the framework of specific and punctual promotional operations.
NEXDNA includes the Art Gallery AR, Pro AR and SuperFans AR platforms, among others. These platforms are all developed and operated by NEXDNA with not only a concern for the quality of our products and services but also to better preserve the security of transactions and data of our customers and partners.
You can, at any time, ask to no longer receive e-mails from any of the platforms.
§1-6 / CUSTOMER FILE REQUIREMENT
The processing of images, videos and other data provided by the customer is carried out as part of a technical process needed to create the AR Print Experience. It is conducted manually from verification to submission for approval by GoodTimes AR operators.
Our products work with a printed image that is overlaid with a video thanks to the augmented reality function provided by our mobile applications.
If the image does not match the aspect ratio or orientation of the video you upload, our team will need to crop the image to match the video both in orientation, size and aspect ratio of HD, 4k and 8K formats.
You can also, thanks to our information guides available during the upload of your content, provide an image that correspond to the parameter required.
Note that while we offer from A4 to A0 in media sizes, we only print images with margins to both respect the aspect ratio of the original videos uploaded and leave an artistic breathing space from the border of the media. Products available for purchase are displayed as they are printed, with their margin.
See images requirements by print size below. Please note that resolutions are rounded and that your pictures will be cropped to match video ratio you uploaded. In any case you always get to validate results before we proceed with printing.

Videos will also be edited to create a visual transition between the printed image and the video that it triggers.
Although GoodTimes AR may alter your content by cropping photos or editing videos, we do not claim or require copyright for derivative works. The copyrights of the photos and videos used remain the property of their original owner.
The on-screen information during uploads guides the process of creating AR Print projects and provides information on the required parameters of your photos and videos in terms of resolution and file size.
In any case, the project is always treated manually by our operators and then subject to customer validation before being printed and available for orders. It is therefore up to the customer to check the status of the project in his account and approve it before it can be ordered. The Main validation is the image that will be printed and displayed on your device, at actual print size, for a close up, mandatory review.
§1-7 / CONTENT
POSTING ON YOUR WALL
Our Service allows Users to post Projects that they have already purchased on their wall and share it with their selected family members and friends.
When a project is validated and billed, the User gets access to the project from his account and is able to post it to the account wall. When doing so Users are given the option to choose wether to keep the content on Private for themselves only, or extend audience to “Family” or any other “Selected Groups” created by User or lastly go fully “Public” with the following settings:
- “PRIVATE” implies that only the initial group of three (3) devices registered under your account will be allowed to download and view the AR content of your project and benefit from free unlimited views. Only the User will be able to view that specific content on his wall.
- “FAMILY” is a special group of 5 devices that are also allowed to download and view the AR content of your project and benefit from free unlimited views. The 5 Users associated with the “Family” devices will also be able to view that specific content when posted on the wall.
- “BY GROUP NAME” implies that members of the group setup by User will be able to see content posted on the User’s wall. To download and view the AR content however will require requesting access to User. After receiving request, User can decide to grant access or not. Each device added is added to the billing at the end of the month. Billing also counts the number of total views that are also charged monthly according to the pricing agreed upon via your subscription.
- “PUBLIC” implies that anyone who browses your wall via a link shared by any User will be able to see the content on your account wall and therefore be able to request access.
While we strive, every step of the way, to keep your content private by starting with a default setting as fully private, if you choose “PUBLIC” setting for your post, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the platform. You retain any and all of Your rights to any Content You submit, post or display on or through the Service and You are responsible for protecting those rights.
You agree if your content is on “PUBLIC” that you give us the license and the right to make Your Content available to other Users of the Service, who may also use Your Content subject to these Terms.
Users are fully responsible for the Content of the projects that they post on the platform, including their legality, and appropriateness.
You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by You or any third person using Your account. You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
• Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
• Spam, machine – or randomly – generated, constituting unauthorised or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorised solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.
• Containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorised access to any data or other information of a third person.
• Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
• Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
• Violating the privacy of any third person.
• False information and features.
GoodTimes AR reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content.
GoodTimes AR further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner any Content. It can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content.
While GoodTimes AR platform is orientated to services that are family friendly, Users understand that by using the Service they may be exposed to content that they may find offensive, indecent, incorrect or objectionable, and they agree that under no circumstances will GoodTimes AR be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content.
You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.
The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.
By using our Service, You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of all your Content in a location independent of the Company.
YOUR FEEDBACK TO US
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will be reviewed and depending on your subscription may cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply request its termination and deletion in the settings of your account. Upon check of outstanding bills we will terminate your account and adhere to the protocols in force.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 50€ if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some countries do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these countries, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
§1-8 / CONTRACT / CONTRACTUAL SERVICES
The presentation of services, in particular in prospectuses, in advertisements and on the Internet, does not constitute a binding offer on the part of GoodTimes AR.
GoodTimes AR reserves the right to deny customer requests on a case-by-case basis. Customer requests may be rejected, in particular when the order does not meet the requirements of GoodTimes AR or when the customer is recognised as a bad payer with a banking institution.
§1-9 / SUBSCRIPTIONS
GoodTimes AR services or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.
By purchasing a print an automatic free subscription is started at the date of shipment of the product. This free subscription allows for unlimited views of the product for a duration of one year. Beyond that date, users need to opt for a paid subscription to offset server costs and be able to view content while subscription is valid.
You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.
You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
DOWNLOADS & VIEW COUNTS
While the User and the 5 devices offered free of charge under the “FAMILY” group get unlimited views, every other user devices and views are monitored, displayed in the user dashboards and charged at the end of the month according to the terms indicated in the subscription package.
The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.
The Company will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter Your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If You do enter Your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, You will not be charged by the Company until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless You cancelled Your Subscription, You will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription You have selected.
At any time and without notice, the Company reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
AUTOMATIC & MANUAL FILE VERIFICATION
The GoodTimes AR system automatically checks the compatibility in terms of format, size and resolution of images and videos uploaded.
In case of non-compliance of the uploaded file, the system informs User to provide content in expected format, size and resolution. In case the automatic verification fails to detect the non-compliance of the files and upon verification from our operators , the User is notified and invited by e-mail and within his account, to upload a new file. Note this process pushes back the validation of the project and it’s delivery time.
OPERATOR FILE PROCESSING
Upon upload of the files GoodTimes AR carries further editing of your content that includes cropping of your images and editing of videos to produce the video used in the AR overlay. In case the operator identifies a non-compliance of the files , the User is notified by e-mail and within his account to upload a new file, thereby pushing back the validation of the project and it’s delivery time.
In any case, our operators will first verify each and every project to establish suitability of your picture for print before proceeding to edit the video.
Images must be at the same ratio as the videos. Depending on the resolution of your picture we are able to print your image up to A0. See requirement below.

Once the image has been cropped it is displayed at actual size on your display so you can make final decision to go ahead and print the project or change the image for a higher resolution if required.
- Video Editing (min/max +fade)
We only accept HD videos starting at 720p and above, 1080p, 4K and 8K.
From the choice of portrait or landscape to the size of prints, the User is guided through the process of creation of an AR Print project with the help of info screens always available during that process.
Once the project is submitted to GoodTimes AR, our operators will optimise the files by making sure the crop is correct and then editing the still image with the uploaded video thanks to a video editing software. This is not an automated process as we believe it requires the attention to details of our operators.
Please note we do not alter the Audio unless asked to propose a soundtrack. This service is not free and it’s cost will be indicated when you chose to opt for it with a provided check box. You will have to define the style of music desired with a few keywords/tags. Our team will then offer a number of tracks to choose from for a fee and under the conditions indicated when opting for this service.
In any case once a project is submitted it can be processed by our operators at anytime and usually within 48H. You can cancel your project at anytime but if you cancel 3 projects in a row while they are being processed or do not approve 3 times in a row or any combination of 3 terminations of project, your account may be momentarily suspended for review to avoid clogging operators and not penalise other customers.
Ultimately, the User is fully responsible for verifying the content, spelling and visuals of the uploaded files and validate the project for printing.
§1-9 / PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The selling prices indicated on the Site are in euros for international sales and therefore are indicated excluding taxes and delivery costs.
VAT taxes are added at the end of the order depending on your choice of destination for your delivery. In France the VAT is 20%.
Any delivery costs are indicated to the User as they choose products and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products and the VAT.
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the order and is debited in advance. The customer is authorised to pay by credit card via Paypal. In the event of non-payment by the customer, or if GoodTimes AR becomes aware of facts calling into question its solvency, GoodTimes AR is entitled to cancel the order.
In the event of cancellation of credit card or Paypal account debits, GoodTimes AR reserves the right to charge processing fees, the amount of which will be defined on a case-by-case basis, unless the customer is not responsible for the cancellation of the credit/debits card or Paypal payment.
All shipping costs, in particular transport, transport insurance and delivery costs are borne by the customer. All prices and additional costs are calculated on the basis of the price lists in force on the GoodTimes AR Site at the time of preparation and dispatch of the goods.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we are committed to apply the prices in force and indicated on the Site, at the time of your order.
Any additional shipping costs due to an incorrect delivery address or recipient are the responsibility of the customer, unless he is not responsible for the incorrect information.
Professionals must pay all goods or services by the thirtieth day following the date of receipt of the goods or service (and not 30 days after receipt of the invoice). In addition, the period agreed between the parties to settle the amounts due may not exceed 45 days end of month or 60 days from the date of issue of the invoice.
§1-10 / AVAILABILITY
We will honour your order within the limits of our available production capacity. High volumes of demand for our products and services may lead to delivery delays.
In the event that we cannot avoid a delivery delay, we will contact you by e-mail and through your account within 15 days from the date of your order in order to inform you of the delay and to indicate to you within what deadlines, your order could be delivered to you. You will also have the possibility of simply canceling your order if the delay seems too long to you.
We reserve the right not to process an order that may be considered contrary to our conditions of sale.
Your order will be delivered to the address you gave us when placing your order.
§1-11 / ORDER VALIDATED AND PAID ON THE SITE:
Manufacturing times vary from 5 to 10 working days on average. The time may be longer depending on the size of your order. If it is longer than 10 days we confirm the time with the customer. Similarly, if a manufacturing delay occurs, we contact the customer to notify him.
Delivery times varies depending on the destination but are generally between 3 days and a week for Europe. These delivery times are given as an indication and do not take into account a possible delay of the carrier.
GoodTimes AR makes every effort to respect the delivery times mentioned on the Site. However, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or loss of parcels caused by a third party to the transport contract or by you or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable cause constituting a case of “Force Majeure’.
In the event of non-receipt of a package within the time indicated, an investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several days (eg: up to 21 days for the French Post Office). During this period, no refund or return can be made.
If a delay in delivery is due to the customer himself (wrong address, customer absent during delivery including 15 days of storage at the post office, for example), no refund of the order will be made and the additional delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In addition, GoodTimes AR is authorised to cancel the order if the obstacle to the delivery or service is not of a temporary nature, without being obliged to provide compensation. During the duration of the obstacle, GoodTimes AR cannot be put on notice.
The purchase price already paid can be refunded in the event of cancelation of your order after receipt. To do so, you must check the conformity of the products delivered at moment of delivery and indicate any visual anomaly concerning product or the packaging it came in. Address your reservations regarding the anomaly along with supporting pictures or videos via your GoodTimes AR account or by email.
Our team will assist you in the event of any anomaly, non-compliance or damage during transport, the User/customer will also have the possibility of requesting the replacement of the product rather than refund.
When ordering you must enter the following information:
- Your address
- A mobile phone number
- A fixed telephone number
Note that for any order of an amount greater than a ceiling set by GoodTimes AR, an identity document and proof of address may be required and sent to us by email or via your GoodTimes AR account. These measures are part of an effort to protect customers from possible credit card fraud.
Regarding professionals, when the payment of the invoice does not occur within the time limit (deadline provided in the contract and date of payment mentioned on the invoice or application of the additional 30-day period), late payment penalties are payable without prior notice.
The rate of these penalties appears on the invoice. It can be negotiated by the parties but must not be less than three times the legal interest rate in France.
Delivery times can also be freely negotiated and are indicated on the invoices.
§1-12 / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The User, as a consumer, has a right of withdrawal, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within a maximum period of fourteen days from receipt of the Products (or, in the case of multiple goods having been the subject of a single Order and delivered separately, from the day on which the User or a third party of his choice, different from the deliverer, has taken physical possession of the goods).
At the time of delivery, the User is required to carefully check the Products received. Any visible defect on the goods sent, any error in the printing or packaging of the goods not attributable to the User must be immediately reported to GoodTimes AR.
Before expiry of the 14 days period, User must inform GoodTimes AR of his decision of right of withdrawal in writing to the following address: GoodTimes AR, 25 rue Auphan, 13003 Paris, France.
This letter can be sent by post or simply by e-mail at email@example.com
A form is also available in your account support.
In the event of exercising his right of withdrawal, the User is required to return the Products received to GoodTimes AR, by sending them to the address indicated above, without undue delay, and within fourteen days of the date of the withdrawal letter. This deadline is considered to have been respected when the User returns the Products before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Note, the costs of returning the Products are the responsibility of the User.
The User is required to return Products in good condition. The packaging of the Products must be careful to protect the original packaging from any damage or from any affixing of writings or labels. The consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary for its nature and characteristics.
In the event that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the aforementioned provisions, GoodTimes AR has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the withdrawal letter to reimburse the User for all sums received relating to the order subject to the withdrawal, using the same means of payment as those used by the User for the initial transaction, provided that they do not entail additional costs related to the reimbursement for the User. However, the company GoodTimes AR is entitled to suspend this refund until it has received the goods or the User has not provided proof of the return of the goods, if applicable.
We recommend returning the goods to us by registered mail and to take an insurance with the carrier for the market value of the products. This is particularly necessary in the event of theft or loss of this merchandise by their services. In all cases, the return is made at the expense of the customer. This right of return can only be accepted for products in good condition and in their original packaging or similar.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back. Once the product is in our possession and has cleared the framework of the right of withdrawal, GoodTimes AR will do its utmost to reimburse the User as quickly as possible. This period will depend on the internal audit and financial intermediaries deadlines but will be a maximum of 3 weeks.
All materials or documents, in particular your photos and videos uploaded by the customer to create projects, remain available on the GoodTimes AR platform for further orders down the line.
You can also permanently delete your content at any time via your personal account on the platform.
Note that this right of cancellation does not apply for the delivery of goods based on special measures undertaken by GoodTimes AR at the request of the customer, and adapted to his personal needs or whose delivery characteristics make a return difficult or inappropriate.
§1-13 / RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP CLAUSE
GoodTimes AR remains the owner of the goods delivered until payment of all debts already due to GoodTimes AR. If the customer has not fully paid for the desired product(s), GoodTimes AR is entitled not to carry out the requested order and not send products to the customer.
The data, diagrams, illustrations, technical characteristics, descriptions of weights, and dimensions indicated on our Site, brochures, catalogs, mailings, advertisements or price lists are given for information purposes only.
GoodTimes AR declines all responsibility for the accuracy of these indications. With regard to the type and volume of the delivery, only the details given in the order and in the order confirmation are decisive.
GoodTimes AR prints are professionally packaged and should not suffer physical or colour degradation. Outdoors, no warranty is given as to colour fading or water resistance of prints.
The designations and specifications defined at the time of order correspond to the level of current technical knowledge at that time. Technical differences (in the cropping of the image, in the colours of the printing, etc.) between the delivered goods and the documents of the offer are permitted and do not constitute errors, as long as they are within reasonable margin of tolerance and the purpose of the contract is respected.
While images to be cropped are subject to final validation of User, cropping, as is the case with a usual commercial practice, may differ slightly but not significantly from the prescribed dimensions. Slight colour differences on the printout may occur when the customer's monitor is configured differently and not set to actual colour as is commercially customary.
Black and white prints may have a slight colour cast, which is customary in the trade.
§1-14 / GOVERNING LAW & COURT JURISDICTION
AMICABLE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These T&Cs and orders placed under these T&Cs are subject to French law. For any order from subjects who can be qualified as consumers, the standards in terms of consumer relations in force in the country of residence or domicile of the User must apply.
All disputes relating to the interpretation and/or execution of these General Conditions and orders issued in this context, will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Paris (France), in the case of purchases made by a User cannot be qualified as a consumer; or the court of residence or domicile of the User, in the case of purchases made by a User who can be qualified as a consumer.
EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMERS
Consumers residing in the European Union should be aware that the European Commission has developed an online platform providing an amicable dispute resolution tool.
