Problems with the order
If you receive an incorrect artwork or incorrect size, please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the artwork you have received. We will process your free replacement order as soon as possible. You will need to return the artwork with a free shipping label that we will provide you with.
Our packaging generally avoids all problems, thus avoiding the hassle of an exchange, however, if your work does not arrive in perfect condition, take pictures of the packaging in which it arrived as well as photos of the article defects and send us an e-mail with those pictures at email@example.com. Upon review and if applicable, we will gladly send you a replacement product at no additional cost. You will need to return the artwork with a free shipping label that we will provide you with.

Size, format and orientation may vary depending on the print. We also offer custom sizing options. Contact us with the reference of the work and we will attend to your request.
The colors you see on your monitor are close to those printed, but because of differences in monitor color calibration, perfect matching can never be guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges
No problem. Please take photos of the package in which it arrived as well as photos of the article and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon review, we will gladly send you a replacement product at no additional cost. You will need to return the artwork with a free shipping label.
We want you to be satisfied with our artwork, so if you want to return or exchange it, we will gladly do so within the first 15 days of receiving the package based on the postal tracking information. Please simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the product you wish to return or exchange. We will process your refund or exchange request once your returned item has been received. Please note that returns without printing problem or damage are the responsibility of the customer in its original packaging or similar and all refunds are subject to a 30% handling fee. Your refund will be activated as soon as your returned artwork has been received and processed.
You may request cancellation of your order at any time before your order is printed or within 3-4 days after the order. Please note beyond that time a cancelation and processing fee of 30% will be subjected to your refund.

You can expect to receive your order between 2 and 3 weeks from the date of purchase for Zone Europe. All our Arworks are printed to order and assembled by hand. The cost of duties and taxes is paid to the customs office of your country and not determined or collected by goodtimesar.com. International taxes and duties are not included in your order and must be paid locally before delivery.
If you want to change the delivery address for an already paid order, DO NOT attempt changing it in your account settings as it does not affect the orders that are already registered. Instead, please contact us at email@example.com so we can try to make these changes for you if your package has not been sent yet. Please note that changing ordering information may delay shipping.
Tracking Numbers are displayed 24 to 48h after purchase. Most orders ship between 10-14 business days from the date of purchase as all of our items are made to order and assembled by hand. Please note that due to COVID 19 there may be a delay of a few days beyond our control.
